Hi, I’m Stephanie, the heart behind Nurture and Knowledge Mentoring Co.

I’m a qualified and passionate Early Childhood Teacher with over 6 years of experience in early learning environments. I've worked across a variety of roles including casual educator, Educational Leader, and currently as an Early Childhood Teacher. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and am a fully registered teacher.

Throughout my career, I’ve found joy in supporting others, especially students who are just starting out. I’ve mentored many Cert III and Diploma educators through placements and early career stages, helping them gain confidence in understanding documentation, observations, linking to the EYLF, and navigating theorists and frameworks.

Over time, I noticed how many students were completing assessments or stepping into placements without enough real guidance. That’s what inspired me to start Nurture and Knowledge Mentoring Co, a space where students feel supported, encouraged, and empowered to grow into confident, capable educators.

Whether you’re working through assignments, trying to understand theorists, or want to unpack what programming and practice actually look like, I’m here to help make it feel manageable and meaningful.
